What I did: Reframed it as “Smart CFO-in-a-box,” rewrote sales decks,
and prepared founders for investor pitching.
Before: A crowded product lost among finance tools.
After: $350K seed round closed and 5x more inbound leads.
The core challenge was founder-led sales struggling to explain the product. By shifting to a metaphor, a CFO-in-a-box,
we made the product instantly understandable. We also equipped the team with modular decks that matched buyer personas.
That made fundraising and enterprise sales much smoother.
